Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss and EU consumer law.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items returned after this period will not be accepted unless the product is defective.
2. Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and included materials must be present.
- Electronics must be unopened or only opened to inspect functionality.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products for hygiene reasons.
- Downloadable digital content once accessed.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable or consumable goods.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label within 48 hours.
- Pack your item securely, affix the return label, and drop it off at any designated carrier point.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee of CHF 5.90 (Switzerland) or CHF 9.90 (international) will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
